Apparently Kensho is very happy to see Tommie the Cat again (he has stayed at my mother’s for a full week… and we all missed him too). Kensho is following Tommie through the house all day. She likes his devotion as the movie clearly shows. Hear her purrrrr……
Who could have thought they would become like best friends…..
Watch another cool video of Kensho on Akita Pictures.

What a great video of Kensho and Tommie!
I love watching it. At what time have you scheduled for Kensho to become a father? Count me in for one of his new-born son or daughter!
Love & hug,
Yvonne
Hi Yvonne,
Thanks and great to hear you love the movie.
That’s the big question: When will Kensho become a father. He’s three years old and has a lot of girlfriends in the neighborhood. They all like to play with him and Kensho sometimes want more than just play. So he’s more than ready and I should try to find an nice Akita bitch for him
All the best,
Barbara
Hey, I just bumped into your site when I was looking around for Akitas, was trying to get more closer look of them.
anyway, Kensho’s beautiful! have a good one!
I just got to know the breed few days ago, I found it interesting that they look almost like our national dog, the icelandic sheepdog..if you’ve ever heard of those, with that same tail that goes in a circle, always smiling, similar colors..but the icelandic ones are smaller, and are quite yappie if they aint trained right and have this BIG personality but yeah..just thought it’d be interesting for you to check them out (http://www.icelanddog.org/sider/Picture%20Gallery.html )
What an awesome web site. My wife and I have two Akitas currently (both female) and both are “indoor dogs” who are awaiting the Michigan snow! Their little Samoyed sister also awaits it. One of the Akitas and the Sammy are rescues. We love Akitas and we love your web site. R&S
So nice those smiling dogs, Akita’s and Icelandic sheepdogs. Imagine only if the world was populated with smiling dogs, smiling cats and smiling people. What a good place to live in. The Akita and the Icelandics have started living like this. In many ways my dog is an example and a source of inspiration. Life can just be so easy.
Thanks for all the nice comments to this post.
All the best,
Barbara
